10 Children's Privacy

The pkrber Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. pkrber does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the Account registration and withdrawal process.

If pkrber becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, the relevant Account will be immediately suspended, the data will be securely deleted, and any funds deposited will be returned to the originating payment method pending investigation. 11 International Data Transfers
