In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
By accessing the pkrber Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pkrber Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register for or continue using the pkrber Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
pkrber reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their Account and via an on-Platform notification not less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. It is your responsibility to read all communications from pkrber and to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and pkrber in respect of your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral, between you and pkrber.
The pkrber Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. pkrber will verify this through the KYC process before processing any withdrawal. If it is determined at any time that a Player is under 21, their Account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings will be voided.
21+ Only. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. pkrber employs age-verification technology and manual review processes to enforce this restriction without exception.
Players are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering with pkrber. pkrber does not provide legal advice. To create a pkrber Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Pakistani mobile number. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration. pkrber reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where registration information is found to be inaccurate.
Each individual person may hold only one (1) pkrber Account. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, pkrber will close all associated Accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein if evidence of abuse is established.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrber login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. pkrber will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified pkrber of unauthorised access without undue delay.
pkrber is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. pkrber may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
pkrber Accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and wagering requirements are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified in a promotion's terms. pkrber does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR transactions.
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pkrber may charge a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of Rs 50 against inactive Accounts with a remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after twelve months of inactivity may be closed.
The minimum deposit on pkrber is Rs 100. Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. pkrber does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Verified Accounts (KYC complete) can expect withdrawals to be reviewed and dispatched within one (1) hour during normal operating hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa payouts typically reach your mobile wallet within minutes of dispatch. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take one to three business days depending on interbank processing times.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified as belonging to the Account holder. You must withdraw using the same method used for your most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount, before alternative withdrawal methods are available. pkrber reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly where the withdrawal amount is above Rs 50,000.
Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be included in a withdrawal request. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in bonus funds being forfeited.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider in respect of a deposit made to pkrber — without first raising the matter with pkrber support — constitutes a breach of these Terms. pkrber reserves the right to suspend the relevant Account, recover any outstanding amounts from future winnings, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where fraudulent intent is apparent.
All bets placed on pkrber are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are displayed within each game or market and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail in respect of that game or market only.
pkrber reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion. A bet is only confirmed once pkrber has issued a bet confirmation reference number to the Player. Bets placed during a period of system error, incorrect odds display, or obvious pricing mistake may be voided by pkrber, and stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to event circumstances and data feed availability. pkrber does not guarantee the continuous availability of live markets. Any bet accepted during a temporary suspension of in-play markets will be honoured at the odds at which it was accepted, provided no material event affecting the outcome had already occurred at the time of acceptance.
All pkrber casino games — including slots, table games, and live dealer titles — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealing procedures. RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game are published within the game interface. pkrber does not manipulate game outcomes.
Promotions and bonuses offered by pkrber are subject to individual promotion terms published alongside each offer. General eligibility conditions include: the Player must be 21 or older, KYC must be initiated, the Account must be in good standing, and the Player must not have self-excluded at any time in the preceding 30 days.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Bets placed on excluded games (as listed in the promotion) do not count toward wagering requirements.
pkrber maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, without limitation: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures, placing low-risk bets designed purely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, and making deposits solely to trigger bonuses followed immediately by withdrawal attempts. Where bonus abuse is detected, pkrber will void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it and may terminate the Account.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any associated free bets expire thirty (30) days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account automatically. pkrber is not obligated to issue reminders prior to bonus expiry, though courtesy notifications may be sent.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrber Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the pkrber Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of pkrber or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its content without pkrber's express prior written consent.
The pkrber name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of pkrber's trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials — is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, pkrber's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their pkrber Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkrber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if pkrber has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pkrber does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. pkrber shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits pkrber's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
pkrber collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a pkrber Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pkrber implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and access-controlled data storage, to protect your personal information. Player funds are held in segregated accounts entirely separate from pkrber's operational funds.
pkrber will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with: identity verification providers for KYC purposes; payment processors to facilitate transactions; and regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where legally required.

pkrber reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has: breached these Terms; provided false registration information; engaged in prohibited conduct; or where continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal, or fraud risk to pkrber.
Where an Account is terminated due to a breach by the Player, pkrber may withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within ten (10) business days of Account closure.
Players may close their own Accounts at any time by contacting pkrber support. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will have uncompleted bonus funds forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned within the standard withdrawal timeframe.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrber's operating entity is incorporated, as indicated in its international gaming authority licence.
To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of pkrber's licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms. Nothing in this clause limits pkrber's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, pkrber participates in the dispute resolution mechanism provided by its licensing authority. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to the licensing authority's player dispute service after first exhausting pkrber's internal complaints process.

All formal complaints must be submitted in writing (by email) and will be acknowledged within 24 hours. pkrber aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within that period, pkrber will notify you of the expected resolution timeline and the reasons for the delay.
